When you work with the style maker and advanced style maker you can use variables and complex formulae to create your own rebuildable standards and geometry macros in acad.
The style choice menus are a part of advanced style maker that allow you to create parametric designs which give optional choices to the user regarding on how the design is automatiacaly built.
1 - Open f0201w directly in ACAD (select 'All Files (*.*)' and open)
2 - go to design > style maker and click on 'Advanced >>' in the bottom right corner
ther you can see and edit the different style choice menus and formulae used for the build of that specific standard
The specific menu you illustrated can be found in 'Basic style choices', with its various selectable options, like 'Top Flap Style', 'Bottom Flap Style', 'Panel Sequence' and 'Joint format'.
I don't use ACAD and have a basic understanding of it, i hope this explanation will help.
cheers
